FAIRFIELD GLADE – After a year of construction, the much anticipated 25,000 square foot CMC Medical Arts Building at Fairfield Glade is finally open. Though over 550 visitors got a sneak peak at the facility during the recent open house, the facility is now open and buzzing with excitement to offer medical services to the community at this new location.  Mr. Larry Chambers of Cumberland County was the first patient on Monday, January 20th.  As the doors opened to the new clinic, Mr. Chambers and his wife were greeted by the staff, a photographer, and Dr. Tamara Collins.

With nearly twenty full time CMC employees, patients will now have access to a primary care clinic, digital mammography, medical imaging (x-ray) and laboratory services and be able to register for on-site procedures at the new location.  Patients may also pre-register for limited services scheduled at Cumberland Medical Center and the Outpatient Imaging Center.

The primary care clinic will be open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.  Plans are in place to expand the clinic hours to the weekends in the near future.   Dr. Collins is currently accepting new patients.

The new facility is adjacent to the CMC Wellness Complex located off Stonehenge Drive.  Cumberland Medical Center offers the community over 50,000 square feet of medical care, including physical therapy, wellness and fitness services, and proven quality patient care all in the center of Fairfield Glade.
